Piazza San Marco (English; St Mark’s Square) is the principle public square in Venice. Millions of tourists visit this beautiful place to take unforgettable pictures. It was built around 1100 A.D. . Venice contains several ancient buildings. Many are hundreds years old and some are thousands years old. One of them is St Mark’s Basilica, oldest cathedral in the city built in 1092 A.D.
